Douglas Electric
- Instant rebate offered for ductless systems installed as the primary heat source in the house.
- Must be replacing some type of permanently installed electric resistant heat.
- There are currently no rebates for ducted systems.
Pacific Power (Standard Rebates)
- Instant rebate is offered to replace electric heat with a heat pump with minimum HSPF of 8.5.
- Additional instant rebate for the Advanced Controls Program (thermostat and O/D sensor). This Applies to multi-family homes as well.
- Instant rebate is offered to replace electric heat with a ductless heat pump (single zone and/or multi zone).
- Instant rebate is offered to install 90%+ gas furnace in multi family dwelling or rental property only.
- Instant rebate is offered to install a new air conditioner meeting certain efficiency standards.
Pacific Power (Savings Within Reach):
- Instant rebate to replace electric heat with a heat pump with minimum HSPF of 8.5.
- Additional instant rebate for the Advanced Controls Program (thermostat and O/D sensor). DOES NOT apply to multifamily homes.
- Instant rebate to replace electric heat with a ductless heat pump (single zone and/or multi zone) - does not apply to multi family.
- Instant rebate is offered to upgrade a gas furnace to a 90%+ - does not apply to multi family. Program is based on the occupant's income.
Pacific Power/Energy Trust of Oregon Manufactured Homes Program:
- Manufactured homes served by Pacific Power ONLY.
You must currently be heated with an electric furnace (existing heat pumps or gas systems do not qualify).
- Homes 1984 and older qualify for instant rebates for a single zone ductless system. Homes 1985 and newer can go ducted or ductless and there is a rebate offered for both.
- Ductless systems are 18,000 BTU or 24,000 BTU only.
- Ducted systems are 1 1/2 ton, 2 ton or 2 12 ton only.
Pacific Power/Energy Trust of Oregon Rental Home Promotion:
- Single family stick-built rental homes only. You must currently be heated with electric resistant heat. Promotion is to install single zone Trane ductless heat pump systems in the main living area of the home.
